bubble gum pink twinery twine on a vintage spool

PINK acrylic block...doesn't every stamper need one {or 2 or 3} of those?!!!!!!

Ivy is doing a giveaway on her blog...if you "LIKE" the ivypink Facebook page...deets are available on Ivy's blog.

Next up is my spectacular Guest Designer:

Hazel of Dido's Designs

Here's a smidge about Hazel:

"A Wee bit about me,  well I'm Hazel and I live on the East Coast of Scotland with my 2 sons, Jess the Cat and Belle my puppy. I have been crafting for as long as I can remember but have been seriously crafting for about 6 years now.

I adore all sorts of paper crafting and will have a go at anything. I'm so happy to be Amy's Guest Designer for Flashback Friday 19.0 as love looking back at older cards.

One of my favorite styles of card making is Clean and Simple so would I would like to see all your first Clean and Simple Cards."

Woooooooo hoooooooooo Hazel and a bit woot woot for Clean & Simple goodness:

Hee's Hazel's card...

What a great design...postal friendly and easily duplicated for mass production....doesn't get much better than that!  Check out Hazel's blog for more deets!

Ivy wanted to play along too so she made a fresh card for us:

Check out her blog for more info!

I didn't have to dig too deep into my archives to find my first Clean & Simple card...when I first started this blogging journey, my cards were primarily:

clean & simple
no layers
no stitching
no patterned paper

I know...right?!  How things change...but this is my first blogged Clean & Simple design:

This is actually from my 3rd blog post...the base is a fabriano...stamps by Stampin' Up.

I can't wait to see your first Clean & Simple Card!

challenge runs through Friday, January 27 @ 11:59 pm Pacific

How fun...a pink block! You gals have such pretty cards and the entries are awesome! This challenge made me realize that I don't do many 'clean and simple' (cause it's hard for me to do)! Thanks for the fun challenge!

SUPER fun challenge:) I went back to 2009 for this was one of my first cards ever made...but I'm not sure I knew what CAS was back then! And I'm not sure I know what it is now (my friend runs the CASual Friday's group--and I still don't know! LOL!). Still had fun looking back at my cards;) THANKS!
