I'm so thrilled to be back with a brand new Flashback Friday 12.0!
Here is some info about our sponsor:
Jay Gee's Nook is a modest family owned online stamping store based in Australia. Whilst we carry popular brands, our aim is to bring companies and products that are new or hard to find to the Australian market. We believe in good service and quality products at fair prices.
The store is wonderful and guess what the prize is for 12.0?
Make sure you check out Jay Gee's current challenge too!
Thanks sooooooo much for the Sponsorship!!!!!
Next up is our Guest Designer, Kathleen at The Daisy Chain:
I have been card making now for about 7 years. When my daughter got engaged we decided to make our own invitations. I was hooked. I have always enjoyed crafting since I was a child - sewing, knitting, cross stitch - I enjoy them all.
I think the theme will be Summer Colours. After all this horrible cold weather we have been having, we need some summer colours to brighten up our day.

I know that we haven't even experienced our spring in Washington State yet:)
Here is Kathleen's Summer Color Card:
Here's my card....
This is circa Jan 2008 and I was just getting into sewing on my cards...I was still paper piecing back then...and lovin' Amy Butler...yes, I still have that same paper! Chuckling because I just deleted a SPAM comment that was on that original post..oy....
So there you go...can't wait to see what you link up!

Oooo, I am ready for summer too :>) Off to see what my first card is...just a wee bit scared of what I will find :>)
Whooo, hooo, I can now post when the comments are embedded. Yay! Silly I know, but it was super annoying. Plus, ever since I switched my own blog to have comments on a separate pop up I have gotten anonymous spam!!! Perhaps coincidental, but nontheless annoying :>(
Thanks for a really fun challenge, Kathleen! I enjoyed reading all about you. :) Just posted my first summer colors card. Kinda pleased with what I found!
